PAYMENT DETAILS

All payments should be made by international demand draft/cheques drawn in favour of “Lanka Exhibition and Conference Services (Pvt) Ltd - Boat Show Sri Lanka”. For any other mode of payment please contact Exhibition secretariat.
On applying as an Exhibitor for the Boat Show you are bounnd by the following terms. We understand that if our application is accepted, the application fee will be applied as the participation fee payable. We understand that the application fee is non-refundable except in the case (only) of our application being declined. If accepted, we shall pay utmost attention to booth security and understand that loose security attracting crime will jeopardize our participation in future events/ shows organized by the organizers. We hereby apply for joining “Boat Show Sri Lanka”. We agree to abide by terms of application and exhibition rules & regulations set out by the organizers. We understand that the above information will be included into the Lanka Exhibition & Conference Services’ Data bank and the organizer can make use of our information for trade promotion purpose or pass it on to the third parties for promotion. We accept that the organizer bears no responsibility for any error or omission.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

All applications will be considered on a first-come –first served basis. Lanka Exhibition & Conference Services (Pvt) Ltd, reserves the right to decline acceptance of applications for exhibition for space without giving reasons therefore not withstanding the prior acceptance of any remittance. In addition, any payment effected does not mean that the application is successful until participation has been confirmed in writing.
